Assist travel/ transport
Ineach Support Services offers Assist Travel/Transport support services to help individuals with disabilities travel safely and comfortably.
Daily Personal Activities
Daily Personal Activities Assisting with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant to live as autonomously as possible.
Household Tasks
We offer Domestic assistance services to the people with disability. Here we carry out all manner of domestic tasks around the home that disabled people may find hard to perform.
Positive Behaviour support plan
Inreach Support Services works in collaboration with Positive Behaviour Practitioner in developing and implementing Positive behaviour support plan.
Development life-skills
Development of daily living and life skills focuses on training and development activities under taken by the participant or their carer to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible.
Community nursing care
Our professionals work as a team to take a closer look at clients’ specialist care needs and provide high care needs using our highly skilled nursing team.
Group and centre-based activities
Support the independence and social and economic participation of people with disability, maximise a person’s inclusion in the community, and to facilitate greater community inclusion of people with disability.
Innovative Community participation
Our social and community participation services help NDIS participants to get out and about in their community and take part in the activities they love.
Personal activities with High care
Assisting with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant to live as autonomously as possible.
